The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.219 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Page No 1 of 3

Court, Devakottai and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent is present before this Court.

3. It is seen that the learned counsel for the petitioner has already reported no instruction from the petitioner. Hence, this Court has directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Despite the name has been printed, none appears for the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
