ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.926 of 2021 dated 17.08.2021 pending on the file of the first respondent Police as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation. During the Mediation process, the defacto complainant has no objection to quash the proceedings. Hence, he agreed to withdraw the case against the petitioner in Crime No.926 of 2021.

3.This Court perused the mediation report and the second respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings against the petitioner.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the the impugned FIR in Crime No.926 of 2021 dated 17.08.2021 pending on the file of the first respondent Police as against the petitioner is 2/4

hereby quashed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands also closed.
