2.The petitioner's mother is said to have passed away on 09.02.1995. He wants issuance of death certificate. That requires formal registration. The petitioner has given an application in this regard before the respondent. The respondent shall conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
