ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to submit the revised pension proposal to the 3rd respondent on the basis of the Pay Commission on the rank of District Registrar pay band entitlement including arrears for which the petitioner is entitled and after receiving such a proposal, the 3rd respondent to sanction and pay the revised pension to the petitioner by considering petitioners representation dated 30.07.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited relief that has been sought for, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to submit a revised pension proposal, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2025, to the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the third respondent is directed to consider the said revised proposal within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
