Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to call for the records relating to the impugned orders in Ref.No.O.Na.Thu/D3/Cho/3316, 3317 dated 13.11.2023 and consequent impugned order in Ref.No.O.Na.Thu/D3/Cho/3338 dated 29.11.2023, and consequent impugned order in Ref.No.O.Na.Thu/D3/Chozha/3355 dated 07.12.2023 and quash the same as unconstitutional and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service 1/3

with full backwages and treat the period from the date of suspension till the date of reinstatement as spent on duty for all purposes with all attendant and accrued benefits arising thereon within the time stipulated by this Court.
