ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to complete the trial pending in Cr.M.P.No.589 of 2025 in D.V.C.No.29 of 2023.

It is the case of the petitioners that the first petitioner is the wife of the respondent; that she is a cancer patient; that inspite of the specific directions issued by the learned Magistrate in D.V.C.No.29 of 2023, the respondent has not complied with the same; that hence, the petitioners have filed Cr.M.P.No. 589 of 2025 seeking action; and that the said petition is still pending adjudication.

3. The private notice sent to the respondent was returned with an endorsement 'left'.

4. Considering the request of the petitioners, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.589 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and not later than three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
