This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.03.2011 passed in I.A.No.202 of 2009 in O.S.No.21 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondents 4 to 7 submitted that the plaintiff's Sangam has been registered, subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition. In view of the registration of the Sangam an I.A.No.404 of 2016 in O.S.No.21 of 2007 was filed to amend the plaint and the same was allowed. Therefore, in view of the registration of Sangam and also the amendment petition was allowed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
