ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.638 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
