acres and 6 cents in Thulakkankurichi Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.25 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar, to the third respondent and his family members.

O R D E R
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent and his subordinate, not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and his family members and not to threat the petitioner to hand over the possession of the property in Survey No.141/4 measuring 3 acres and 6 cents in Thulakkankurichi Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.25 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar, to the third respondent and his family members.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the fifth respondent against the petitioner and one Ramakrishnan, enquiry 2/4
was conducted. During the course of enquiry, it came to know that the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2009 was decreed in favour of the fifth respondent herein. Both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave an undertaking to work out their remedy through civil process. On the basis of the above said submission, the complaint was closed. 3.Since the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2009 was decreed in favour of the fifth respondent, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
