ORDER

The present Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 20.10.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3339 of 2023 and Crl.M.P. No.4918 of 2023 in M.C.No.37 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (23.01.2025), the learned counsel appearing on either side is present, and the petitioner as well as the respondents are also present in-person before this Court.

3. Both the parties are identified by their respective counsel and their identities are also verified by this Court. A Joint Compromise Memo has been filed by the learned counsel appearing on either side, which was signed by the both the parties and the relevant portions of the same are extracted hereunder :

"3. It is respectfully submitted that now both the Petitioner and the Respondents agreed to settle the dispute amicably in the presence of the counsel for the petitioner and the Respondents. 2/5

4. It is respectfully submitted that the Revision Petitioner and the 1st Respondent are reunited and ready to live together in separate home from 7.11.2024 along with their child the 2nd Respondent herein and also they assured that they will lead peaceful life.

5. Hence, forth they are ready to withdraw all the litigations

1. M.C.No.37/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

2. I.D.O.P.No.811 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Family Court, Madurai.

3. The Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C.No.1438/2023 on the file of this Hon'ble Court."

4. The above terms of joint compromise memo were read over and explained to both the parties in the presence of their respective counsel, and both the parties submitted that the same are correct. Therefore, the said joint compromise memo is recorded.

5. In view of the terms of joint compromise memo filed by both the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this 3/5

Court to withdraw this case, and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

6. In the light of above compromise arrived between the parties and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as withdrawn. The joint compromise memo shall form part of this order.
