2. It is seen that the revision petitioner, without approaching the Principal District Court, has approached this Court directly. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Principal District Court for filing the transfer petition.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli for transfer of the case.
