By relying on sale deed dated 05.05.1992 in the name of the petitioner's mother and Patta No.413 in respect of Survey No.109/6, the petitioner had applied for survey, subdivision and grant of patta. The present writ petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5. He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered after issuing notice to the joint pattadar and to the adjoining land owners, including the sixth respondent herein. 2/5
3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the sixth respondent in this writ petition. Instead, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025 and the patta transfer application dated 29.09.2025 and dispose of the same on merits, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the sixth respondent herein, the joint pattadhar Bhaskaran and any other owners of adjoining lands. It is needless to say that any objections raised by the said persons have to be duly considered. A speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
