After submitting an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer for cancellation of the patta issued to the second respondent, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. By referring to communication dated 13.06.2025, he submits that the matter would be disposed of on merits by the first respondent within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties to the appeal. 3.In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the other parties to the appeal, including the second respondent. No costs.
