This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,to quash the C.C.No.71 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after conducting the trial, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
