ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Selection Grade Conductor of the respondent Transport Corporation seeking a Mandamus to disburse the difference in Salary, Gratuity, Surrender Leave, Provident Fund, Pensions Arrears and to revise his pension.

2. According to the writ petitioner, he attained superannuation on 31.07.2022. After the retirement of the petitioner, the Trade Union and the Management entered into 12(3) settlement on 24.08.2022 granting monetary benefits with effect from 01.09.2019. The petitioner has sent a representation on 10.07.2023 for conferment of the said benefits. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to pass orders conferring the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
