ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Engineer of the respondent Corporation who attained superannuation as a Divisional Manager on 31.05.2019.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the time of petitioner's retirement, medical leave reimbursement has been erroneously calculated and only a lesser amount has been disbursed. Seeking the difference in the amount, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st respondent herein on 05.10.2023. Since the said representation is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 05.10.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
