This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.218 of 2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.149 of 2025 and it is now pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2/4
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
