ORDER

By relying on settlement deed dated 18.11.2022 and patta transfer order dated 18.11.2022, the petitioner had requested for a survey of 83.5 ares in S.No. 632/6. The property stands in the name of the petitioner's son Reswanth, who is a minor represented by his natural guardian and writ petitioner.

2. Upon issuing notice to the 5th respondent, notice was served and the name of the 5th respondent is printed in the cause list. In spite of the same, there is no representation for the 5th respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is proceeded with in the absence of the 5th respondent. 2/5

3. Learned Special Government Pleader, who appears for respondents 1 and 2, submits that action would be initiated after issuing notice to the owners of relevant adjacent lands.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey of 83.5 ares in S.No.632/6. Before conducting the survey, the objections, if any, of owners of relevant adjacent land shall be taken into consideration. The entire process shall be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of this order. If necessary, the Revenue officials may avail of the assistance of jurisdictional police. No costs. 24.11.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No RJR 3/5
