Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 416 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent officer other than the 3rd respondent herein under the supervision of the 1st respondent and to complete the investigation. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both counsel are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. The same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.47 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai. Now the case is pending for trial.

3.In view of the above said submissions, it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
