ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the representation, dated 20.11.2023 and 25.11.2023.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the CSR is pending before the respondents. Also, the Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per circular of the Director General of Police, the respondents undertakes to dispose of the case and pass appropriate order within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in the light of Director General of Police's circular, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the case within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
