O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the Impugned FIR in Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file of Respondent No.1 Police Station dated 03.09.2021 and quash as against the Petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur on 07.08.2023 through E-filing No.3546 of 2023.

3. There shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur, to process the said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the outcome of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
