ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to allow this Civil Revision Petition by directing the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai to dispose of the Arb.O.P.No.29 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Madurai within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's land has been acquired and that being aggrieved against the award passed, they have also preferred an arbitration O.P., as early as on 2024 and also taking into consideration that the petitioners 1 and 2 are aged about 65 years and 70 years, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the Arb.O.P.No.29 of 2024 as expeditiously as 2/4

possible, however not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the order passed, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
