For Respondent : Mr.K.Ramaiah (in WP.(MD)No.29042 of 2025) For Respondent : Mr.D.Jebaraj (in WP.(MD)No.28932 of 2025) COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed to implement the orders passed by the Labour Court in O.P.Industrial Dispute Nos.113 of 2023 & 9 of 2022 dated 04.04.2025 & 06.02.2024. 2.The petitioner/Trade Union has filed the above applications as against the punishment imposed on its members by the respondent/Transport Corporation. The said applications were allowed by the Labour Court in O.P.Industrial Dispute Nos. 2/5
113 of 2023 & 9 of 2022 dated 04.04.2025 & 06.02.2024 by directing the respondent/Transport Corporation to pay the monetary benefits to the workmen. However, the said order has not been implemented so far. Therefore, the petitioner/Trade Union has filed the present writ petitions.
3.Admittedly, the respondent/Transport Corporation has not filed any appeal as against the orders passed by the Labour Court and hence, they are liable to implement the order. Therefore, the respondent/Transport Corporation is directed to comply with the orders passed by the Labour Court, Tirunelveli in O.P.Industrial Dispute Nos.113 of 2023 & 9 of 2022 dated 04.04.2025 & 06.02.2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
