ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 08.09.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. 15.10.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
