This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below in Crl.R.P.No.8 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023 reversing the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Nagercoil, dated 18.04.2023.

2.The issue that has been raised by the petitioner in this petition can always be argued before the trial Court. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to raise the ground before the trial Court and the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
