This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.344 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.344 of 2012 the first respondent police filed a charge sheet, on 21.10.2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and it was not taken on file.
