ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.09.2023. 1/4

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is now pending in C.No.370/PET/SP/Camp/KRR/2024 and C.No.45/DCB/KRR/2024, dated 01.04.2024. He further submitted that there is no co-operation from the side of the petitioner and therefore, there is no progress in the enquiry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will co-operate for the enquiry and requested this Court to fix a time limit.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there will be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry in C.No.370/PET/SP/Camp/KRR/2024 and C.No.45/DCB/KRR/2024, dated 01.04.2024 and complete the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.It is made clear that the petitioner will co-operate for the enquiry to enable the second respondent to take a decision within the time frame fixed by this Court.

6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
