Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Admittedly, civil proceedings are pending between the petitioner and the second respondent. The petitioner will have to work out her rights only in the pending proceedings. The petitioner can even file an Interlocutory Application in the pending proceedings and obtain a restraint order against the respondents. Filing the writ petition is not appropriate.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her rights in the pending suit proceedings. This Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
