ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.One C.Radhakrishna Menon purchased the property in question in the year 1996 vide Doc No.1436 of 1996. Patta was issued in his favour. Subsequently, without notice to him, it was cancelled. Thereafter, patta was issued in favour of one Veerathevar. He is no more. Now the petitioner wants the said patta to be cancelled and the restoration of the same in favour of Shri.Radhakrishnamenor. The petitioner is his power agent. 3.As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, in matters such as this, it would be for the first respondent to take a call. The petitioner has given an application before the first respondent on 14.11.2023. The first respondent will issue notice to the legal heirs of Veerathevar and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
