ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final order by appointing the petitioner as a hereditary Muthawalli to the Kattunaina Darga Wakf and Ashurkhana or Pathunombu Chavadi Wakf, on the basis of the report given by the second respondent vide 2/5

his proceeding R.C.No.14684/02/D8/DGL, dated 01.08.2023 and hand over the administration of Waqif, the land measuring 6 Acre 52 cents in S.No.1038 and 1 Acre 16 Cents in S.No.961, in Keelavadakarai Village, Periyakulam Taluk,

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondent that during the pendency of the writ petition, enquiry has been conducted and orders have been passed vide proceedings, dated 02.07.2024. In view thereof, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
