ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the return order dated 26-08-2025 and taken on file the Unnumbered E.A.No.-- of 2025 in E.P.No.07 of 2023 in O.S.No.10 of 2022 on the file of Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar.

2.The petition filed by the petitioner had been returned originally with certain queries which was complied by the petitioner and represented in full on 04.05.2025 by also enclosing the consent affidavit. However, again on 26.08.2025, the Court had returned the said papers indicating that the Court fee stamps are not affixed in the documents and that the previous direction No.3 has not been complied.

3. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner had placed on record the consent affidavit given by the second petitioner which had been filed before the Court on 12.03.2025. Learned 2/4

counsel also undertakes to comply with the defect noted in Sl.No.3 in the return dated 26.08.2025.

4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to re-present the interlocutory application along with the original affidavit found in page No.24 in the typed set and also comply with the defects pointed out in Sl.No.3. As and when the E.A., is re-presented, learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, is directed to number the said E.A. and dispose of the said E.A., within a period of eight weeks from the date of such re-presentation.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
