8,400/- and allow this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the material papers placed before us and note order of this Registry ROC.No.10032/2016/Judl/MB with regard to the request of the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi to extend the time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.

By order dated 24.06.2016 this Court has directed the District Munsif, Aranthangi to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.172/2005 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.10.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Now the District Munsif, Aranthangi requested this Court for extension of time by three months to comply with the above order of this Court.
