FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO. 292 OF 2023 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 15(1) and 15(2) of the Indian Medical Council Act and Section 420 IPC in Cr.No.292 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that without proper qualification, the petitioner is said to have practicising Allopathy. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence and therefore, prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly objected this petition for grant of anticipatory bail by stating that the petitioner has two previous cases of similar nature.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
