2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when directed by the trial Court.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
