ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 03.10.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
