[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 296 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in a connected batch of writ petitions, a common order was passed by the learned Single Judge on 18.12.2024 and the Government has preferred separate writ appeals against each of the writ petitions and in few of those writ appeals, the delay has been condoned by this Court and the writ appeals have been numbered and the same are pending on the file of this Court. In view of the same, we are inclined to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 296 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the same for admission along with the connected writ appeals.
