Heard both sides.

2.Since the impugned notice was issued pursuant to an earlier direction given by this Court, I am not in a position to interfere. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that reply has already been submitted. The first respondent shall pass an order on the petitioner's objections after due enquiry on or before 31.10.2025. The said order will be put on hold for a period of three weeks thereafter. It is open to the petitioner to move this Court again in the event of the first respondent passing any adverse order.
