This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action on the petitioners complaint dated 10.02.2023

2. Though it has been stated in the petition that the petitioner has made a complaint on 10.02.2023, the date of the complaint is 10.02.2022 and the acknowledgement card shows that the complaint was received by the respondent only on 20.11.2022. The petitioner has approached this Court after a lapse of one year.

3. If the petitioner wants to pursue the matter, he can file a fresh complaint before the respondent. With this direction, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
