This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action on the petitioners compliant dated 09.08.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no complaint was received from the petitioner or by any of the parties. Even without enclosing the receipt of payment of money, this petition has been filed.

3. It is seen that the learned counsel wants to consider his representation dated 09.08.2023 which is pending before the second respondent without any progress. I find no reason to entertain this petition, since no particulars have been submitted by the petitioner to defend his case.
