ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.423 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.423 of 2024 , a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.1082 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, Virudhunagar District.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
