This Criminal Original Petition is filed to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.157/2023 and file a final report within the stipulated time which this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the issue is between the mother in law and the daughter in law over the alleged theft of motor pump set from the premises of this petitioner. Considering the relationship between the parties, the respondent is going to close the complaint. Even the final report is made ready and not yet presented before the trial Court.

3. Perusal of the CD file shows that investigation in this case is almost over. Let the final report be filed within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so that the petitioner can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
