Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's request is for registration of the petition mentioned document. When the matter was taken up on 14.12.2023, the following order was passed:- "The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has only obtained token but not presented the document for actual registration.

2.The petitioner is permitted to present himself before the respondent on 15.12.2023 at 11.00 a.m. along with the executant and present the document for registration. The respondent shall either register the document or if he has any tenable reasons, issue refusal check slip. The respondent has to adopt one of the two courses of action.

3.Call this case on 20.12.2023 at 09.00 am."

3.The petitioner states that even though they have appeared before the respondent on 15.12.2023, nothing transpired. The learned Additional Government Pleader on the other hand submits that the petitioner did not present the document at all. 4.This writ petition is disposed of by reiterating the earlier directions. The petitioner is permitted to present himself before the respondent on any working day along with the executant and present the document for registration. The respondent shall either register the document or if he has any tenable reason, issue refusal check slip. The respondent has to adopt one of the two courses of action.
