When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no appearance for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous since a road has already been laid in Krishnarajapuram Colony, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

3. In view of the above submission and in view of the fact that there is no appearance for the petitioner today, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 2/4

non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
