2. The request of the petitioner is for sub-divisioning and issuance of separate patta. The first respondent is seized of the matter. The first respondent is directed to conduct survey and hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
