PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.123 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2 herein, who was arrested on 01.04.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 342, 397, 355, 376D, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.123 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused committed gang rape on the victim girl and also robbed golden articles and cash 1/3

amount of Rs.14,000/- from her and her friend. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this is the fifth bail application. Earlier petitions filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court. The petitioner is in custody from 01.04.2022. Hence, he prayes to grant bail to him. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial commenced. 19 witnesses examined sofar. Hence, he objected to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.I find no reason to entertain this petition. The repeated applications cannot be entertained.
