ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The request for conducting survey cannot be accepted. This is because, the petitioner is not having patta in his favour. The petitioner has already given an application to the second respondent for issuance of patta.

3. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Interested parties shall be put on notice before passing the order.
