The petitioner asserts that an error was committed during the UDR and that the names of respondents 4 to 12 were included in the patta. After submitting a representation dated 23.09.2025 to the District Revenue Officer in that regard, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2/5

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the petitioner's request would be disposed of on merits by the first respondent after issuing notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and providing a reasonable opportunity to them.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein. This process shall be concluded within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
