O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to alter the FIR in Crime No.464 of 2012 from Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C to Section 302 of IPC, investigate the same and take necessary action against the persons, who are responsible for the Murder of the petitioner's son Santhose Kumar 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, after thorough investigation, the case in Crime No.464 of 2012 was closed as "Action Dropped' by the respondent police and to that effect, the respondent police has filed a final report before the concenred court.
