COMMON ORDER The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in CRL.OP.(MD)Nos.13334 & 13344 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025 has not been complied with.

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and final reports for the case in Cr.Nos.234 & 235 of 2024 have been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatty through E.Filing.

3.Recording the same, these contempt petitions are closed. Mere filing of final report through E-filing is not enough. It is the duty of the respondent Police to ensure that the final report is taken on file without further delay.
