PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to initiate the contempt proceedings against the contemnor herein for their willful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.26357 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 10.10.2025.

2. On the last occasion, we had called for a detailed counter, specifically referring to para 4 of order dated 26.09.2025 and for a pointwise compliance of those points with supporting photographs.

3. Today, a compilation is filed along with the photographs, as per which, the authorities state that they have complied with each one of the conditions that have been imposed. This is recorded.
